Public Transportation Reservations are accepted by the phone 24 hours in advance by calling toll-free number 1.888.848.0989.

When calling the toll free number, please press 1 for reservations and then press 2 for all other public transportation trips in order to be directed to the right department.

Public Transportation Reservation Department Hours:
5:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.

Please call FTSB transportation reservationist with the following information:

• Your name
• Date you wish to travel
• Address of your pick-up and destination locations. Be specific, including suite and/or building numbers, doctor's name, ect.
• Time of the appointment
• Return time to your place of origin or, arrival time to your next appointment or destination
• Reserve a seat for a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), child or guest traveling with you.
• If specialized transportation is needed such as a lift van, please specify.

   

Passengers are urged to call the FTSB toll-free number 24 hours in advance if they find they must cancel their scheduled trip. Persons who request trips and do not call to cancel in advance will be considered a no-show. After repeated no-show's the passenger's file will be reviewed for decision as to whether further trips will be need scheduled.
