To better serve you, we ask that all passengers give 72 hour advanced notice for a pick up.

In the case of cancellation or rescheduling passengers are asked to give at least 24 hours notice.

If the passenger fails to call and does not show up more than once they may be denied future transportation services.

 
   
 
Holiday Closings
 


The office and transit service will be closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

 
   
 
Urgent Care
 


Urgent care transportation may be provided 24 hours. For this purpose, "urgent care" is defined as an unscheduled episodic situation in which there is no threat to life or limb, but the passenger must be seen on the same day as request and cannot be delayed until the next day. When transportations service for urgent care is rendered with payment from KMAP expected, FTSB may verify with direct provider of service the need for urgent care. FTSB can be paged 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for brokering passenger rides for urgent care through delivery of Human Service Transportation.
